Recipe | I had nuts in my cheese...

Hi everyone.
I hope you year started beautifully :)

I would like to share this recipe that I created very randomly but turned out to be so YuM with you.

It was mouth filling
It was Stomach filling
It had a lot of crunch but yet, it was tender.

It had a pinch of sweetness but a lot of flavor and spicyness spiciness.

It looked like this:


How to realize it?

Take a slice of Albany Bread. Any brand of white bread will do
Add Montagu almond flakes on the slice of bread. Any brand of almond nut flakes will do
Add some Montagu dried cranberries on top of the almond flakes.
Add a thick (3mm) slice of Mozzarella cheese on top of the almond and cranberries.

Put the whole thing in the electric grill and close it.
after 3 minutes, open the grill and flip the toast over.
It's okay if it gets messy.
after 3 min, remove the toast from the grill with a flat silver spatula. (Like the one you use for eggs)

While the cheese is still melted and creamy, sprinkle with cayenne pepper, dried parsley, salt and or any other spice you like.
